Welcome to Aura Sanctuary Kitchen Takeaway

Welcome to our home cooked takeaway or collection kitchen, each of our daily menus have been crafted carefully to give you an authentic experience of India's popular street foods all served in Tiffin's. Only available for 24 persons a day on a first come first serve basis - book yours now!

How does it work?

1. Look through the menu & add to cart

Look through the menus and decide on which date and meal you would like. Select 'ADD TO CART' button, once selected you will then be taken to our booking page.  

2. Select the date on the booking page

Select the date and the number of persons (quantity) and add to basket.

3. Checkout and Deposits

We take a small deposit for Tiffin's, these are non plastic eco containers which you will be required to drop back to us by 10am next day. The deposit will be returned to your account upon receipt. Of course for those that have problems with the returns, we are always here to help and discuss! All we ask is for you is to rinse out the containers and we will do the rest.

Monday 4th November

Samosa Chaat  

A dish which will awaken your taste buds and with abundance of colour. Vegetable samosas, topped with a sweetened yoghurt, fine crispy chickpea noodle, chutneys and dressings

Lamb Boti Kebab 

Cooked with tender chunks of lamb, with a kick of spices, grilled and topped with a kebab masala and lime juice. Served with a generous topping of mint 

Mutter Paneer

Peas and paneer (traditional Indian cheese) simmered in a tomato-based sauce, spiced with garam masala 

Dhaba Chicken 

Chunks of chicken marinated for 24 hours and grilled until tender and then simmered in a rich creamy tomato sauce, garnished with pomegranate and coriander 

Kachumber Salad

The Indian version of a fresh salad, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, lime and coriander 


Served with rice, naan, poppadom, mango chutney tamarind chutney coriander chutney

Tuesday 5th November

Sheekh Kebab 

Spiced mince lamb, gilled to perfection then garnished with mint and red onion 

Paneer Tikka 

This mild unsalted cheese doesn't need aging or culturing and picks up flavours wonderfully. Marinated twice over 24 hours and then grilled until deep golden in colour and served with yellow and red peppers 

House Black Daal 

A warming dish, one of our favourite lentil dishes. Black lentils cooked for over 6 hours creating a creamy rich sauce 

Butter Chicken 

A comforting curry made from chicken with a spiced tomato and butter sauce 

Kachumber Salad

The Indian version of a fresh salad, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, lime and coriander 


Served with rice, naan, poppadom, mango chutney tamarind chutney coriander chutney

Wednesday 6th November

Lamb Raan 

A wonderful dish of tender slow cooked leg of lamb, pulled into silky shreds and combined with a savoury masala. 

Gunpowder potatoes 

The Indian version of roasties with a BANG! 

Chole 

A simple but delicious curry, made with chick peas and potatoes in a tomato and onion masala 

Chicken Biryani 

Spiced tender chicken mixed with fluffy basmati rice, a mouth watering mixture bursting of flavour 

Raita 

A creamy, cooling Indian yogurt-based condiment which pairs perfectly with all Biryanis 


Served with rice, naan, poppadom, mango chutney tamarind chutney coriander chutney

Thursday 7th November

Bhel 

A Indian savoury salad made of rice puffs, thin crispy chickpea noodles, chopped onions, tomatoes, chilli and chutney mix, topped with pomegranate 

Chicken tikka 

tenderised chicken breast marinated with spices and sweet vinegar then grilled until deep golden brown with some charring 

Dum aloo 

A delicious potato curry cooked in a onion, tomato and yogurt gravy

 Lamb Boti Curry 

Tender chunks of lamb leg, braised in a rich and flavoursome gravy with caramelised onion and tomato gravy. 

Kachumber Salad

The Indian version of a fresh salad, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, lime and coriander
