SELECTION OF GRILLS
Chicken Tikka
Tenderised chicken breast marinated with spices and sweet vinegar then grilled until deep golden brown with some charring.
Lamb Boti Kebab
Cooked with tender chunks of lamb, with a kick of spices, grilled and topped with a kebab masala and lime juice. Served with a generous topping of mint.
Sheekh Kebab
Spiced mince lamb, gilled to perfection then garnished with mint and red onion.
LAMB RAAN
A wonderful dish of tender slow cooked leg of lamb, pulled into silky shreds and combined with a savoury masala.
PANEER TIKKA (V)
This mild unsalted cheese doesn't need aging or culturing and picks up flavours wonderfully. Marinated twice over 24 hours and then grilled until deep golden in colour and served with yellow and red peppers.
PAV BHAJI (V)
This flavoursome dish is one of India’s most famous street food recipes. Vegetables simmered in a tomato and onion gravy until soft and then lightly mashed, topped with generous serving of butter. Served with lightly toasted soft white buns.

BHEL (V)
A Indian savoury salad made of rice puffs, thin crispy chickpea noodles, chopped onions, tomatoes, chilli and chutney mix, topped with pomegranate.
SAMOSA CHAT (V)
A dish which will awaken your taste buds and with abundance of colour. Vegetable samosas, topped with a sweetened yoghurt, fine crispy chickpea noodle, chutneys and dressings.
Main plates all come with rice and naan as complimentary.
DHABA CHICKEN
Chunks of chicken marinated for 24 hours and grilled until tender and then simmered in a rich creamy tomato sauce, garnished with pomegranate and coriander.
LAMB BOTI
Tender chunks of lamb leg, braised in a rich and flavoursome gravy with caramelised onion and tomato gravy.
LAMB PEPPER FRY
A dry meat curry marinated and simmered over 4 hours, with tender chunks of lamb leg in a thick tomato peppery sauce.
MUTTER PANEER (V)
A delicious warming vegetarian curry, made with mild unsalted cheese, cooked in a rich tomato base with sweet peas.
CHOLE (V)
A simple but delicious curry, made with chick peas and potatoes in a tomato and onion masala.
BLACK DAAL (V)
A warming dish, one of our favourite lentil dishes. Black lentils cooked for over 6 hours creating a creamy rich sauce.
GULKAND MESS
An Indian twist to the classic Eton Mess, with Indian rose petal jam and rose water, topped with fresh strawberries.
GAJAR HALWA WITH VALILLA ICE CREAM
My ultimate favourite desert, warm grated carrot simmered to perfection with milk, sugar, butter and saffron, served with vanilla ice cream.
MALAI KULFI
This famous Indian ice cream is found all over India. Made with milk and flavoured with cardamon and saffron.
SHRIKAND
Thick sweetened yoghurt, flavoured with saffron and served with berries.
MASALA CHAI
Spicy and sweet chai, made with loose assam, ginger and fresh mint.
KACHUMBER SALAD
The Indian version of a fresh salad, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, lime and coriander.
PAPAD
Also known as Poppadom - A thin circular lentil or rice crisp.
